for Disinfection and Odour Control
A thermal fogger will penetrate into cracks and crevices where smoke particles have penetrated, but are inaccessible for decontamination.
What is a Thermal Fogger?
a thermal fogger is the process by which disinfectant solution or odour control solution is suspended within the air for a period of time in order to disinfect a surface or neutralise an odour.
It is usually the last, but most important, stage of any complete odour neutralisation or disinfection programme, playing a major role in disease prevention and odour control.
Always clean your fogging machine thoroughly after each usage.
For the restoration industry, the thermal fogger is used to remove the odours following sewage spillage, smoke damage and occasionally cannabis factories.

Thermal fogging machine
A thermal fogging machine uses heat to vaporise a fogging solution and spray it out as a visible fog cloud with a .05–10-micron range particle size. Thermal fogger’s are equipped with a heat barrel that is preheated to high temperatures using propane, gas, or electricity depending on the type of chemical used. When the liquid fogging solution is pumped into the heat barrel it is instantly vaporised. This allows the thermal fogger to produce large count of particles in extremely small size, which all together forms a dense cloud of fog which resembles smoke. Thermal fogger’s produce smaller particles which means they take longer to fall to the ground. The smaller thermal fog particles are useful if you are spraying for removing smoke odour from nooks and crannies usually beyond the reach of a restoration technician’s decontamination techniques.
When using a fogging machine, let the neighbours know before hand as the highly visible smoke produced by a thermal fogger may cause alarm. there have been occasions the fire service have arrived as a neighbour has reported smoke emitting from the building
